Lola – or Rora – to give her a slightly more Japanese pronunciation – is a beauty and she knows it.
Customers pay by the hour for her company. Usually they just want to stroke her, but as a special treat for favoured clients, she will lie back in a chair, close her eyes and pose for photographs.
Lola is a Persian cat who works at the Ja La La Cafe in Tokyo’s bustling Akihabara district.
Really. None. My kitties is gone. He’s in a good home with a nice MacGeek guy and his little girl who might even be able to exhaust his psycho-kittie energy. But still, it’s not even been a day and I look behind me before closing doors. I miss his paw on my head from the back of the chair while watching tv. His purr meow/yawn combination. I don’t know how I’m going to sleep without his head on my shoulder. The guy said he’d give me updates on his progress through some pix. That was kind. Guess it’s obvious I’m a sad case. Until then … I love you Slate. I hope you are happy with your new family and am not mad at me.
